My name is Marie, welcome to my holistic wellbeing coaching practice!
As a loving mum, wife, and friend, I understand the importance of hard work and dedication.
As someone who has navigated unpleasant challenges of Menopause, IBS, Crohn's, Stress and Anxiety, I understand the importance of resilience, self love and self-improvement.
My passion for my family & friends, a healthy & happy life, fitness, weights, nutrition, massage, RTT Therapy, fun, charity, ability to listen, empathise, make changes has shaped me into a compassionate and a highly skilled coach. Always learning and always caring.
